Tsitsipas wins in Lyon his 7th title, Ruud in Geneva his 2nd and rises from 15 to 13 in the JFB Ranking

(Jürgen Fritz, 23.05.2021) In Geneva, Norwegian Casper Ruud won the E tournament (ATP 250) with a victory in the final over Denis Shapovalov, in Lyon (E) Stefanos Tsitsipas won his seventh ATP title with a final victory over Cameron Norrie. In the JFB 52 Week Tennis World Ranking Ruud rises from 15 to 13, Shapovalov from 19 to 18 and Norrie from 30 to 25.

(Jürgen Fritz, 03.05.2021) By reaching the semi-finals of the E-Tournament in Munich (ATP 250), Norwegian Casper Ruud moves up to the Top 15 in the JFB 52 Week Tennis World Ranking, Denis Shapovalov drops to 16. Four Spaniards in the semi-finals of the Andalucia Open

(Jürgen Fritz, 10.04.2021) All respect, at the Andalucia Open in Marbella all four Spaniards prevailed in the quarterfinals, including the still 17-year-old Carlos Alcaraz (133), see picture, who surprisingly beat the Norwegian Casper Ruud, the world No. 26. This means that there will be an all-Spanish semi-final in Marbella (ATP 250) today. At the Sardegna Open in Cagliari, on the other hand, only one Italian was able to prevail.
