In the JFB 52 Week Tennis World Ranking, the clay court king rises from 6 to 4 with only 8 tournaments played, but Djokovic drops from 1 to 2. The new leader is ATP Finals champion Daniil Medvedev. And his compatriot Aslan Karatsev enters the top ten for the first time.

Laureus Awards: Rafael Nadal named World Sportsman of the Year for the second time

Now, at the age of 34, Rafael Nadal has been named Laureus World Sportsman of the Year for the second time, ten years after his first honour. He had already been nominated for the sixth time (for his achievements in 2008, 2010, 2013, 2017, 2019 and 2020) and has now received this award for the second time. The JFB 52 Week Tennis World Ranking on 26 April 2021
